How the program Aligns
Students plan tasks (M3), discuss time/cost trade-offs, identify risks (M4), and document a simple plan across modules.
- Learners use scope boxes (M2), WBS/timelines (M3), risk matrix (M4), RACI-style roles (M6).
- Problem framing + scope (M2), stakeholder analysis & comms planning (M5).
- Team roles, stand-ups, reflection rubrics (M6, M7).
- Communication strategies, stakeholder empathy maps, conflict defuse prompts (M5, M6).
